This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones our website uses and how you can control them. We keep cookies to a minimum on purpose.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, do the same job. They can make a site work, remember your choices or, in some cases, track what you do across sites.
2. What We Use
Strictly necessary:
- Your cookie choice. We save whether you accepted or rejected cookies in your browser’s local storage, under the name branch_cookie_choice, for 12 months. This is needed to respect your choice and does not need consent.
Third party, only if you accept:
- Calendly: runs the booking calendar on our Contact page. The calendar only loads after you accept cookies. Calendly then sets its own cookies, which it controls. See Calendly’s privacy notice for details.
What we do not use:
- Analytics cookies
- Advertising or retargeting cookies
- Social media tracking cookies
If you reject cookies, the calendar does not load and nothing from Calendly is stored. You can still book a call by going to Calendly directly from the link on our Contact page, or by emailing us.
3. Fonts and Other Services
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. This does not set cookies, but your IP address is sent to Google so the fonts can be delivered. Our contact form is sent through our hosting provider, IONOS, with FormSubmit as a backup. These are covered in our Privacy Policy.
4. Changing Your Choice
You can change your choice at any time by clicking Cookie Settings in the footer of any page.
Rejecting cookies later stops the calendar loading but does not delete cookies already stored. To remove those, clear cookies and site data in your browser.
5. Browser Controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking all cookies may stop the booking calendar working. See your browser’s help pages for how to do this.
6. Changes to This Policy
If we add analytics, marketing or other tools in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this page. The latest version is always here with the “Last updated” date.
